To my mind there have been greater celebrities, when they passed away, I felt sad, but when a friend called up to inform me about your demise, I snapped and tears welled up in my eyes as spontaneously as your wit. I did not really understand why it happened, but it feels like you were a part of something that all of us cherish so much.
For a man who made us smile, laugh and bring extraordinary happiness, the grief that abounds us, is surreal. We soak in it to relish the happiness that you served us all these years.
Men may come and Men may go, But dear Sir, you and your brand of wit forever will be enshrined in our hearts.
