There  seems to be no doubt that this movie is inspired from The Wild Tales, the Argentinian Anthology

There are three 3 scenes which I do not think I will ever forget.

There is a staring contest here between two adversaries which is seen to be believed. A good 17 seconds before one of them relents.

The second is an amazing sequence of an old and infirm lady summoning all the energy in the world to slice a lemon with a blunt knife which seem to take ages. Hitchcock would have approved of the tension, risen from his grave and hugged the guys responsible for this scene.

Third is a spoiler. I do not want to spoil your fun.

I think adults can watch this outrageous film. I think you can still make this movie engaging without the violence with a capital V!!!
